Theodore Sandler

Mr. Sandler is Senior Tax Counsel for GTLS, practicing in the firm's Individual Client's Group. He concentrates his practice in a variety of areas including estate planning and probate practice, tax, corporate and other matters. Specifically, Mr. Sandler reviews and drafts estate planning documents; advises clients in connection with trust and estate administration and post-mortem tax planning; and advises clients in connection with lifetime gifting and medicaid planning.Mr. Sandler also assists clients with a variety of tax matters including: representation in connection with federal and state income, business, estate and gift tax audits; negotiating installment agreements and offers-in-compromise of tax liabilities and preparing private letter rulings.
