Alexa Esposito Allen focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters.|Prior to joining Littler, Alexa served as in-house counsel for a national property and casualty insurer. She worked on charges of discrimination, both at the administrative level and in litigation, that implicated Title VII, ADEA, and the ADA. She also provided counsel on a variety of other matters, which included guiding clients on the Massachusetts Equal Pay Law, and advising clients on Older Workers Benefit Protection Act (OWBPA) notices drafted in response to reductions in force.
