Henry H. Bolz

Henry Bolz recognizes the importance of understanding clients objectives and works to support them in reaching their business goals. He is an experienced litigator who focuses on the representation of financial institutions and loan servicers in state and federal courts. His trial practice includes class actions, matters arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), deceptive trade practice laws and associated regulatory schemes, as well as the prosecution of contested judicial foreclosures in consumer and commercial real estate disputes. Henry also regularly handles all facets of general contract and tort-based commercial litigation for his clients in the health care sector and a host of other industries. A former clerk at the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami, Henry devotes a substantial portion of his practice to appellate litigation. He has handled dozens of successful appeals involving a wide array of substantive and procedural issues throughout Florida and in the Eleventh Circuit.
