About Sarah J Lee Sarah J Lee focuses her Employment Litigation and Counseling practice on wage and hour PAGA and class actions and single plaintiff employment litigation. A background of wide-ranging experience Sarah works with companies to conduct internal employment investigations into claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and hostile work environment. She has experience drafting employment agreements and reviewing deal memos. Sarah also represents clients in complex commercial litigation on various matters including contract disputes and other business-related disputes. Prior to joining Katten, Sarah served as a judicial extern to the Honorable R. Gary Klausner, U. S. District Court for the Central District of California, and as a student extern at the Inglewood District Attorneys office conducting preliminary hearings. She was also a board member for the Scott Moot Court Honors Board after succeeding in advocacy competitions and was a Technical Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. Expand to read more
