His experience is predominantly in complex bankruptcy cases, including those involving businesses and Chapter 11 reorganization for small businesses and professionals. He was admitted to practice in Indiana state courts, U. S. District and 7th Circuit Federal courts in 1974. He attended Valparaiso University, where he earned his B. S. degree in 1971 and his J.
