Scott M. Harris

In 2001, Scott received his J. D., with a Certificate of Specialization in Real Estate Law, and a Masters in Business Administration, from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002. Prior to law school, Scott was awarded his B. A. in Physical Science from California State University, Hayward (2001) and a B. A. in Business Administration from California State University, Chico (1993). Real Estate- Scott has extensive experience in real estate, landlord-tenant, and post-foreclosure litigation. Scott has handled thousands of residential, commercial, and post-foreclosure unlawful detainer actions for institutions, owners, and management companies. Over the last 15 years, Scott has expanded his practice to include Estate Planning and Personal Injury. Estate Planning- Scott is adamant that everyone needs an Estate Plan.
