Shaun Phillips

Shaun grew up in Orange County, and attended UCLA for his undergraduate studies. He obtained a Bachelors degree in Political Science, and a Minor in Italian, a homage to his great grandparents immigration to the United States from Sicily. It is that hard-working, old-world, family-values upbringing that led Shaun to attend law school at the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. He believed a law degree would give him the means and the authority to build a fulfilling career helping others, especially those who have been brushed off, discounted, and told no.In 2016, Shaun began his practice of law with a boutique personal injury firm in Newport Beach, California, where he immediately gained valuable litigation and trial experience. In fact, he tried his first case just three months after passing the bar. Shaun quickly developed a reputation for being scrappy, and giving challenging cases a go, to the extreme satisfaction of his clients. That reputation has continued as Shaun reaches nearly a decade of practicing personal injury law in Orange County, California. When asked, Why did you branch out on your own? Shaun replied, I wanted to build a law firm that feels like home for our clients who have been through so much, and sometimes just need someone to take over the fight. I grew up with an amazing family, we were always together - it is still to this day at the core of really everything I do. I wanted to bring these values - this experience - to our clients.Shaun has been selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars 2020-2023. Shaun is a supporter and Board member of Orange County Trial Lawyers Charities, and he continues to be involved with UCLA in various UCLA Alumni and professional organizations. He enjoys traveling as much as possible - preferably to places where he can eat inordinate amounts of cheese.
