Elliot James Molyneux

James specializes in civil litigation with a focus on maritime matters and general liability defense. He was born and raised near Bellevue, Washington and is licensed to practice law in Oregon.James obtained his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Western Washington University. Following his undergraduate studies, James attended Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. James graduated Cum Laude from Lewis & Clark where he was the Online Managing Editor of the Lewis & Clark Law Review.Before joining Lindsay Hart, James was an associate attorney at Cummins, Goodman, Denley, and Vickers, where his practice focused on representing insurers and self-insured employers in workers’ compensation cases.Since moving to Oregon for law school in 2017, James has continued doing what he enjoys most: cooking and trying new recipes, walking his dogs, and taking in all that Portland has to offer.
