Kathleen E. Mc Grath

Kathy McGrath retired in July 2021 after 26 years in the legal department of Liberty Mutual In-surance. Her specialties were environmental and commercial insurance, but she also organized and expanded the company’s award-winning pro bono program. Kathy will volunteer with Northeast Legal Aid, taking on housing matters and helping to staff its satellite office in Haverhill, where she lives with her husband and two cats. Northeast Legal Aid helps low-income and elderly people of Northeast Massachusetts obtain justice and empower-ment through skillful, creative, and persistent advocacy for systemic change and high-quality individual representation.
