Estes Dena Thompson

Dena Thompson-Estes was born in West Palm Beach, Florida. She received her undergraduate degree from University of Central Florida and her law degree from California Western School of Law. Denas focus is in the area of Marital and Family Law. She is knowledgeable, dedicated, compassionate, and personable in her representation. With extensive family law experience, she navigates clients through the legal process by providing comprehensive legal advice, developing tailored legal strategies, and collaborating with clients to understand their interests and goals in order to be a zealous advocate of her clients legal claims and rights. Over the years, she has developed and honed in on her negotiation and alternative dispute resolution skills to be an effective mediator. She is and/or has been an active member in the following organizations: The Florida Bar, American Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association, The Stann W. Givens Family Law American Inn of Court of Tampa, Next Generation Divorce, and International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Dena is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and is trained in Parenting Coordination and Interdisciplinary Collaborative Divorce. Her training has sharpened her negotiation skills to allow her to successfully resolve all types of issues that arise in contentious cases.
