Brian represents clients in connection with corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financings and other commercial transactions and agreements. He is also a member of wiggin(x). Before joining Wiggin and Dana, Brian was an associate in the corporate group at Martin LLP, where he represented companies and individuals in a wide variety of business transactions. Prior to that, he was an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, LLP, where he represented lenders, investors, creditors, and creditor committees in bankruptcies, restructurings, and financings. Brian received his J. D., magna cum laude, from the Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. He received his B.
