PDF Jorden Johnson joined Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin in 2023 as an associate in the firms civil litigation group and focuses her practice on insurance defense. Prior to joining the firm, Jorden worked for a large law firm in its civil litigation practice groups. Jorden graduated summa cum laude from the University of Louisiana Monroe where she was a member and later captain of the Mock Trial team. She graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law in 2022. While at Emory, Jorden gained invaluable experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Steve C. Jones at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She also competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and was later recognized as a Kessler-Eidson Scholar and named to the Order of the Emory Advocates for outstanding achievement in or contribution to excellence in advocacy activities. Outside of work, Jorden enjoys traveling, reading, and practicing yoga.
