Maria V. Sanchez

Victoria is an international attorney with experience in venture capital, financing, mergers and acquisitions in Latin America. She has extensive corporate experience as an in-house attorney advising on complex business transactions, regulatory, labor and litigation issues. She has worked at Allende & Brea (Argentina) before earning an LLM from Harvard Law School. Victoria is admitted to practice in New York and Argentina. Victoria also is the creator and founder of Libro Magico Amarillo, a publishing company that creates personalized Spanish childrens books. Her books offer a mix of adventures and educational content that keep children engaged and reading longer, all while playing and having fun.
