Scott Busby

Scott has dedicated his over-27-year career to resolving complex litigation matters. Scott is admitted to the Georgia and Florida Bars and appears in district and appellate federal courts throughout the country, including the U. S. Supreme Court. Scott has extensive experience in litigation involving insurance, employment, construction, commercial, estates, liability, property arson and trucking issues. He is knowledgeable about intricate local and state government matters and represents local governments (city, county, and school systems). In addition to his law degree, Scott earned an M. B. A. with a concentration in finance, having worked as an accountant during his 5 years of graduate studies. His financial background is a valuable asset when handling complex business, insurance and fiduciary matters. Scott is an Atlanta, GA native and attended The Westminster Schools. Scott and Dawn, his wife over 27 years, have three children in college. Scott is proud of his parents who both retired after 40 years as officers/ministers in The Salvation Army, completing their careers as the National Commanders for The Salvation Army USA.
