Jason D. Hergenroether

Jason Hergenroethers practice focuses on general litigation, auto accidents and premises liability in the firms Atlanta office, bringing two decades of insurance defense experience to MGC. His background extends to appellate practice, where he has defended cases in the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. I firmly believe that my role is both counselor and advocate, says Jason. I attempt to provide accurate and candid advice to my client while strongly advocating their position in court. Jason recounts wanting to be a lawyer, even as a child. Outside of MGC, he enjoys reading, playing chess and spending time with his 150 lb. dog, Augus. Jason has been married for nearly two decades.
