Kenneth M. Culbreth

The Reality of Airbnb in South Texas Communities, 52 St. Marys L. J. 1115 (2021) was selected for publication and received Credit with Honors. In his final year of law school, Mr. Culbreth diligently served as a Comments Editor on the St. Marys Law Journal Editorial Board. Mr. Culbreth participated in St. Marys Criminal Justice Clinic where he obtained his supervised practice bar card and represented income-qualified adults and juveniles charged with criminal offenses ranging from misdemeanors to capital offenses. Mr. Culbreth commandeered the first remote summer clerkship with the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals where he worked closely with Justice Liza A. Rodriguez and staff attorneys.
