Prior to law school, Mr. Foster attended The University of Central Florida, and was very involved in oral/written history projects regarding Veterans. In addition, he volunteered his time coaching 7th grade tackle football, worked in the childcare/education industry, and worked as a bartender in Sanford, FL. While in law school, Mr. Foster served on the 50th board of the Southern Regional Black Law Student Association as Moot Court Director, and also volunteered at a legal clinic assisting Veterans to obtain their disability benefits on appeal. Post-graduation, Mr. Foster worked at the largest insurance defense firm in Florida, handling a variety of claims including auto negligence, trucking negligence, premises liability, and first party property. He then went on to work for a nationally known medical malpractice/nursing home defense law firm, defending for some of the largest medical companies in the United States. Mr. Foster enjoys spending time with family and friends in his free time, however, receives the most joy by serving members of his community. He prides himself by being an organized and aggressive litigator to obtain the best result for his clients.
