Kevin Kita

Ones to Watch in America, Top Attorneys, and Super Lawyers for more than a decade. His practice currently focuses in areas of insurance bad faith, products liability/warranty, employment, and TCPA defense. In addition to his litigation practice, for the past 15 years, Kevin has been the trial team director of The University of Akron School of Law, guiding them to multiple National Championships, three consecutive National Runner-Up finishes and Eight Regional Championships. Kevin has also served as a lead instructor at the law schools annual summer trial practice academy since its founding in 2015, and was selected to serve as faculty at the International Association of Defense Counsels prestigious Trial Academy in 2025.
