Vrinda Chetan Bhuta

Vrinda Bhuta has experience in commercial transactions and commercial litigation. She has extensive knowledge regarding Landlord-Tenant disputes, breach of contract, construction law, trademarks and copyrights, among other areas. Ms. Bhuta’s transactional experience includes drafting Leases, Buy-Sell Agreements, Nondisclosure agreements, and many more. Ms. Bhuta is a proud graduate of the SMU Dedman School of Law and has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the California State University of Long Beach. Ms. Bhuta additionally minored in Communication Studies, and secured a Legal Studies Certificate and a Mediation Certificate. Ms. Bhuta is a certified mediator in the State of Texas.
