Peter Bartoszek Biography Peter Bartoszek is a shareholder in the firms Orlando office. Peter has substantial experience representing major, multi-national corporations in complex, multi-forum litigation. He has led discovery efforts in matters with tens of billions of dollars at stake. He has been a core member of pre-trial, trial, and settlement teams in some of the most complex litigation matters of the past decade. Peter has represented automobile manufacturers in products liability and class action litigation arising out of various vehicle recalls, as well as Clean Air Act and state air pollution investigations. He has represented multi-national energy companies in Clean Water Act enforcement and associated civil actions, as well as in internal investigations. He also has represented pharmaceutical companies in merger, contract, and trade secret disputes, as well as technology and retail companies in commercial disputes.
