Marilyn G. Wells

Marilyn Wells began her legal career as an associate at a large Jacksonville debt collection law firm, and now defends debtors in debt settlement negotiations, collection lawsuits, bankruptcy protection and unfair debt collection. Ms. Wells has provided legal counsel in hundreds of debt collection matters. She focuses her practice on debtor defense and Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection for debtors. As a member of The Florida Bar, Ms. Wells is admitted to practice law in all Florida Courts. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida.
