Patrick regularly represents public and private companies, directors and officers, and high net worth individuals in a variety of complex commercial disputes. Recent representations include the chief defendant in the FTCs largest-ever real estate asset freeze in federal court (D. Md); Hercules Medical PC and its manager in an employment discrimination case federal court (S. D. N. Y.); and CNA insurance company in a medical malpractice trial in Georgia state court (Fulton Co. Ga). Mr. Bradford has served as counsel to Florida-based pharmaceutical firm Verum Curis LLC. He teaches Antitrust Law at Fordham University School of Law as an Adjunct Professor. He has also taught Non-Profit Organizations at the Yale School of Dramas Theater Management program as a Guest Lecturer; and Law & Technology at Columbia University as an Instructor.
