Jenna Martin

Jenna Martin has been with the Lincoln Institute since 2015. Jenna helped advance the Fiscally Healthy Communities and Regions goal for eight years. In 2023, she transitioned to the Operations side of the Lincoln Institute and now provides general legal services and support to staff on matters ranging from contracts, codes and standards, protection of intellectual property, and compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Jenna earned a BS in economics and an MS in urban and regional policy, both from Northeastern University. She is a juris doctor graduate of New England Law—Boston. While in law school, she completed internships at the Massachusetts Land Court and Baker Newman Noyes. Jenna is licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts.
