About
Robert Morse is a native Texan. Born in Pampa, Texas he lived throughout West Texas and New Mexico before moving to a small rice farming community outside of Sour Lake, Texas. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a B. B. A. in Finance, Robert managed litigation and fraud investigations for the countrys largest property and casualty insurance company. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from law school at the University of Houston, Robert began his career at the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski. During his time at Fulbright, Robert did not lose a single jury trial while representing some of the largest companies in the world. As a result of his outstanding advocacy skills, Robert joined Conoco Phillips where he supervised catastrophic litigation matters in multiple states and countries. He has also served on committees at the request of the Texas Supreme Court and is currently serving as a member of the Houston area Grievance Committee for the State Bar of Texas. This varied set of experiences has left Robert with a unique insight into the operations of major corporations and their insurance companies. This allows him to obtain outstanding results for his clients. In a recent twelve-month period, Robert was able to obtain trial verdicts and settlements in excess of $100,000,000.00. Some examples of Roberts varied cases and results are: Trial verdict involving only arthroscopic surgeries of over $4,300,000.00. Trial verdict for a client with a neck surgery in excess of $6,900,000.00. Successfully resolved 26 personal injury cases for an amount eight (8) times higher than the original offer made by the Defendant prior to his involvement in the case. Settled hundreds of 1st party insurance cases arising from storm events ranging from Hurricane Andrew to Hurricane Ike. These results, and his reputation, has resulted in him being hired by numerous other firms to try cases that they were simply unable or unwilling to take to the courthouse. Robert has been referred to as an insurance companys worst nightmare and is routinely designated as an expert on both attorneys fees and insurance disputes. When not working, Robert enjoys most outdoor activities including hunting and fishing but is most proud that his two daughters followed in his footsteps and attended Texas A&M University.
