Karl Schneider

Attorney Bio Karl has practiced since 1993 and has experience in civil litigation, including auto accidents, premises liability, workplace accidents, products cases, DTPA, fraud and property damage cases representing major insurers. Karl Schneider focuses his practice on insurance defense and coverage law, including auto, professional, and commercial litigation. He has represented both small P&C and major insurers. With over 50 verdicts statewide in both federal and state courts, Mr. Schneider has a proven litigation track record representing clients in jury trials, motions and other proceedings, including Arbitration. Mr. Schneider is a member of the Houston and Texas Bar Associations. He joined Bain & Barkley in 2019. Mr. Schneider is a graduate of The University of Houston School of Law (J. D. 1993) and he received his undergraduate degree from Rice University (B. A. 1989).
