Ashley focuses her practice on complex estate planning, trust and estate administration, and federal income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning. Ashley has experience with revocable and irrevocable trusts, including spousal lifetime access trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, dynasty trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, and intentionally defective grantor trusts. She also has experience with homestead issues, preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns (Form 706 and 709), IRS audits of federal estate tax returns, fiduciary duties, and post mortem tax planning.
