David T. Laton David joined Evans, Garvey, Lackey & Ochs as an Associate in 2022. Before joining the firm, he practiced for over six years in the Dayton, Ohio area. In Ohio, Davids practice focused primarily on estate planning, estate administration, and adult guardianship. During law school at the University of Dayton School of Law, he worked with the Juvenile Division of the Montgomery County Public Defenders Office and the University of Daytons Legal Affairs Office. David is a Pennsylvania native, having obtained his bachelors degree in Psychology from Allegheny College (Meadville, PA) in 2012.
