Prior to Joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Skinner gained experience at several civil defense firms defending catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters involving commercial transportation and automobile accidents. Additionally, Mr. Skinner gained experience defending against injuries sustained in premise liability matters including negligent security and slip and falls. Mr. Skinner is originally from Sacramento, California, but attended St. Thomas Law School in Miami Gardens, Florida where he graduated cum laude and was the Managing Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review.
