Katherine M. Devanney

Katie Devanney focuses her practice on financial restructuring, bankruptcy, and commercial transactions. Clients depend on her ability to broker resolutions with other parties in interest and facilitate the consummation of transactions to achieve their goals. Katie works closely with Polsinelli attorneys to protect clients interests and counsels debtors, creditors, and other parties in interest throughout all stages of a transaction. Her client-focused approach accomplishes their objectives and minimizes costs. Prior to joining the firm, Katie served as Deputy Attorney General for the Delaware Department of Justice Consumer Protection Unit, where she partnered with other state and federal agencies, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, to protect consumers from deceptive and unfair business practices.
