Seth M. Amkraut

Seth M. Amkraut is an attorney with Poliakoff Backer who has focused his practice on representing community associations throughout South Florida for more than a decade. He mediates and litigates a wide range of disputes, including collections and covenant enforcement matters, interprets and drafts governing documents, advises clients on corporate governance, and provides clients with legal counsel on all aspects of community association law. In addition to his community association practice, Seth represents clients in business and contract disputes, real estate litigation, and real estate transactions. Seth graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law after earning his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.
