Matthew A. Benzion, Esq. attorney Matthew A. Benzion is the managing partner of Benzion Law, a family law litigation and mediation firm. Prior to starting his own family law firm, Mr. Benzion held positions as a senior associate with two family and matrimonial law firms in both Palm Beach and Broward County. Now Mr. Benzion assists clients throughout South Florida in a variety of family law matters such as divorces, paternity suits, alimony and child support modifications, custody disputes, enforcement matters, relative adoptions, and the drafting of settlement agreements and pre/post-nuptial agreements. Mr. Benzion always takes effort to attempt to amicably resolve disputes whenever possible. At the same time, Mr. Benzion is prepared to aggressively litigate to protect a clients interests if court intervention becomes necessary. In every case, Mr. Benzion gives his clients honest and practical advice, and through creativity and personal dedication, Mr. Benzion strives to obtain the best possible results for all of his clients. Mr. Benzion is a South Florida native and graduated law school with honors from Nova Southeastern Universitys Shepard Broad Law Center.
