Ryan M. Clancy

Mr. Clancy dedicates his practice to litigation in the State and Federal Courts of the State of Florida and has experience litigating in Courts nationwide. Mr. Clancy emphasizes creative and efficient approaches to his cases and believes a lawyers job is, first and foremost, to advance a clients interests without needless expenses or delays. Mr. Clancy graduated with high honors from the University of Miami School of Law and was a member of the prestigious Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr. Clancy was routinely given the highest mark, known as a book award, in various classes. Prior to law school, Mr. Clancy attended the University of Pittsburgh and is a proud Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native. Mr. Clancy has obtained millions of dollars for his clients through settlements, jury trials, and non-jury trials in the state of Florida and across the country. Mr. Clancys practice is focused on corporate and partnership disputes and breaches of contract and fiduciary duty. Mr. Clancy is the managing partner of AC Laws litigation department, where he supervises a dynamic team of attorneys who are driven to obtain optimal results.
