John H. Reynolds

John H. Reynolds, Esq. John@Reynoldsand Reynolds PL.com (v-card) John H. Reynolds has been practicing in south Florida since 1997. While Mr. Reynolds has experience in a variety of fields of law, he focuses primarily in civil trial law. Mr. Reynolds represents clients in all aspects of civil law, from presuit negotiation and strategy through post judgment collection. Mr. Reynolds has extensive experience in both jury and non-jury trials, and has years of experience in troubled asset workouts for individuals and businesses. Mr. Reynolds has served as a court authorized assignee for the benefit of creditors. (See Assignment of Assets for the Benefit of Creditors) Finally, Mr. Reynolds also works extensively in asset protection and estate planning. Mr. Reynolds graduated with his Bachelors of Science in history from Southern Illinois University. He then went on to study law at Southern University, graduating cum laude in 1995. Thereafter Mr. Reynolds went on to obtain an L. L. M. (Master of Laws) in tax law from the University of Missouri- Kansas City in 1996 before moving to Florida to start his professional career.
