Santiago Jill Morgan

Jill Morgan Santiago is the owner and managing attorney of JMS Law Ltd. Attorney Santiago is committed to helping clients achieve life-long goals through estate planning to protect hard-earned wealth, buying and selling real property and starting small businesses. Jill is a life-long New Englander, and resides with her family in Providence, Rhode Island. Ms. Santiago has been working in the legal industry since 1997. She has held positions in both small and large law firms, corporate legal departments and a major financial institution, finally opening her practice in 2017. After many years concentrating on real estate and civil litigation, Ms. Santiago decided to change direction and develop her estate planning practice in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. She is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations as well as being the only Rhode Island member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. Ms. Santiago earned a B. S. in Legal Studies from Post University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Massachusetts School of Law, where she was a law review staff editor and graduated magna cum laude.
