Francisco O. Garcia

Francisco has been a dedicated attorney for over 11 years, focusing on litigation and representing home and business owners in first-party property cases. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in 2010 and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2013. During his time in law school, Francisco gained practical experience by clerking for the Civil Litigation Division of the Florida State Attorney General’s Office and serving as a Judicial Intern for Magistrate Judge Anthony Porcelli at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He was also actively involved in student organizations, serving as President of Stetson University’s Hispanic Bar Association and participating in the Stetson Ambassadors program. His commitment to the legal field has led to his repeated recognition as one of Florida’s “Rising Stars” by Super Lawyers Magazine. Francisco enjoys spending time with his wife and their two young children. Outside of work, he is an enthusiastic supporter of the Florida Gators and enjoys watching both new and classic films. Francisco is proud of his Cuban and Mexican heritage and is fluent in Spanish. He is also an avid traveler, having studied in several European countries and worked in the legal field in Argentina and Spain. Francisco is excited to bring his extensive experience and dedication to his clients as a valued member of the Firm’s litigation team.
