Kendra Taylor

Kendra has focused her practice as a contested litigation attorney representing her clients in various civil litigation matters from representing Mortgagors in real property foreclosure and eviction actions to representing homeowners in First Party Property Insurance litigation coverage disputes. During this time she practiced all facets of litigation - from discovery to motion practice as well as depositions, mediations, and both Non-Jury and Jury Trials. Kendras practice for the firm focuses primarily on real property law, community association law, covenant enforcement, general civil litigation, and First Party Property Insurance litigation. Kendra is proud to bring her litigation knowledge and strategies to serve communities throughout Florida. Kendra was born and raised in Southwest New Mexico until she moved outside of Buffalo, New York to attend high school and later college. She attended Canisius University in Buffalo, New York. Never a true fan of cold, after graduating she moved to Florida and worked for Walt Disney World while she prepared to attend law school. Kendra attended Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida and worked as a law clerk for a small civil litigation firm learning motion practice and developing a sound background in general civil litigation, real estate, and probate matters.
