Rebecca A. Smith

Rebecca was born and grew up in Berks County. During her childhood she raced BMX all over the country and was ranked first in Pennsylvania in her age class and second in the United States. She also rode horses and competed in barrel racing, cattle penning and other equestrian events. She graduated salutatorian from Schuylkill Valley High School in 1998. From there she attended Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania as a Benjamin Rush scholar. She graduated with honors in 2002 and went on to attend The Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. She graduated from law school in May of 2005 and successfully passed the Pennsylvania Bar Exam in July of 2005.
