Joel R. Newey

Joel Newey is a senior associate attorney at WSHBs Portland, Oregon, office. He specializes in construction defect litigation and construction lien enforcement. He has extensive experience representing contractors, insurers, and construction professionals in complex civil litigation. Additionally, Joel handles business disputes and personal injury cases, including catastrophic injury matters.
