D. Dale Seif

Dale focuses his practice on collections and complex litigation, including business disputes, wrongful death or serious injuries, trust and estate administration, estate and business planning, commercial real property, and local government law. Dale has a reputation for achieving excellent results, keeping an open mind, and helping his clients realize their goals, even when difficult situations arise. In addition to being a partner with Seif & McNamee, LLC, Dale currently serves as Special Counsel to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, Solicitor to the Villages of Waverly and Piketon. Dale earned his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in 2002 and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University in 1999.
