David L. Shawcross

Areas of Practice Davids primary practice includes business and real estate transactions as well as estate planning and administration. He guides clients through business startup and provides ongoing general counsel, assisting with asset acquisition, mergers and acquisitions, and more. In real estate he focuses on the purchase and sale of real property, residential and commercial leases, co-tenancy agreements, and dispute resolution. In estate planning he prepares wills and trusts and advises clients throughout the estate administration process. Personal When hes not spending time with his wife and three kids, David enjoys WSU football, golfing with his friends, and studying history (target area: US post-industrial revolution and World War II). He also enjoys traveling. David and his wife have ventured all over Europe. Their favorite place? Florence and the Italian coast- so far. His kids favorite? Disneyland, naturally. Duh.
