Jamie R. Shouse

Jamie Shouse is a litigator who has focused her practice upon complex, commercial litigation, particularly upon federal court practice. Jamie has been awarded the designation of Rising Star by Texas Super Lawyers multiple times. After graduating from law school at the University of Oklahoma, Jamie clerked for federal magistrate judge, the Honorable Paul D. Stickney, in the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division. Jamie then worked at a Dallas litigation, boutique law firm where she represented large, corporate clients in complex, federal court litigation in commercial contexts. She helped clients reach successful outcomes both inside and outside the courtroom against corporate defendants, including Microsoft and Nintendo. Jamie has extensive experience in federal motion practice, including causes of action of patent infringement, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty.
