After working in public relations for several years, he was accepted to, and enrolled in, South Texas College of Law. During his time as at South Texas College of Law, Arthur excelled as a student, as evidenced by his having earned Dean’s list for several semesters.|?While in law school, Arthur also worked full time as a Law Clerk for a board certified employment and civil trial attorney.
