Rachel A. Finn

While attending law school, Rachel worked for the Judicial Department assisting the chief family law judge in Multnomah County. Prior to joining Lufkin Peckham LLP, she worked for the Oregon Department of Justice in the Division of Child Support and the Child Advocacy Section, and as a Staff Attorney for a nonprofit. She primarily practices family law including dissolutions, custody and parenting time, paternity, modifications, spousal support, enforcement actions, contempt, restraining orders, and guardianships.Rachel is a member of the Oregon Women Lawyers, the Multnomah Bar Association, the Oregon Association of Family Law Practitioners, and a committee member for the Multnomah Bar Association Young Lawyers Section.Outside of work, Rachel enjoys gardening, audiobooks, hiking, and traveling around the state with her toddler, and grumpy rescue dog.
