Cooper is a founding partner of Carlson, Calladine & Peterson LLP and practices complex litigation focusing on professional malpractice insurance coverage disputes, bad faith, and corporate and fair housing litigation. On an appellate level, Mr. Cooper has argued numerous matters before the California Supreme Court, the California Courts of Appeal, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has extensive experience in federal and state court practice, as well as arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution procedures.
