She was born and raised in Northern Michigan but moved to Nashville for college and has called Middle Tennessee home ever since. Kristi has more than ten years of experience in the legal field. She first worked for the Office of the Federal Public Defender as a legal assistant while completing her bachelors degree from Tennessee State University where she graduated magna cum laude. She joined the Nashville Morgan & Morgan office in 2015 and worked first as a litigation paralegal and then case manager in the personal injury department. Working in litigation became a passion for Kristi, and it was during her time at Morgan & Morgan that she made the decision to attend law school. During her time at the Nashville School of Law, Kristi was the recipient of the Robert L. Ballow Excellence in Legal Writing award in 2021 for her work on the Nashville School of Laws Rigorous Writing Exercise. Kristi worked full time as a paralegal for the State of Tennessee while she completed her coursework. Kristi was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in June 2022 and is thrilled to rejoin the Nashville office of Morgan & Morgan as a litigation attorney in the personal injury department.
