Ward Robert Wade

Robert A. Wade has extensive experience representing health care providers and related organizations. Mr. Wade focuses on physician contracts, network formation and practice valuations. Mr. Wade is also experienced in personal estate planning and estate and trust administration.Mr. Wade writes and speaks frequently on health-related and practice management topics. He is the author or co-author of numerous publications including “Income Division for Group Practices”, “Practice Transitions” and “Understanding Financial Statements” for the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
