Nicole Surginer

Nicole Surginer is a Staff Attorney in the firm’s PERM Labor Certification Department, where she assists clients with navigating the beginning stages of the green card process. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2014, followed by her J.D. from South Texas College of Law—Houston in May of 2020. During both undergrad and law school, she had the opportunity to study abroad in Italy and the Czech Republic, igniting a passion for experiencing and learning about different cultures. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys reading, watching movies, spending time with family, and spoiling her two cats.
