Graduated from the Naval Justice School and served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Held a reserve billet in the office of the Chief Defense Counsel of the Marine Corps, was a member of the Marine Corps Trial Advocacy Team and lectured nationally and internationally on trial practice. Lectured in Europe, Africa and Asia as an adjunct faculty member of the Defense Institute for International Legal Studies. Served as a guest lecturer on products liability at the Wharton School and on trial practice at Villanova University, Conducted in-house seminars for corporate legal departments and participated in panel discussions at client legal symposiums. Written extensively on products liability, rules of evidence and construction disputes.
