Elaine K. Souder

Ms. Souder is a dedicated attorney with a practice primarily focused on insurance defense litigation, business litigation, construction litigation and general civil litigation. Prior to joining MRR Law, Elaine served as associate counsel focused on Insurance Defense and Litigation. Previously, she served as law clerk for the Cincinnati Insurance Company focused on premises liability, employment liability, and car accident defense. An accomplished public speaker, she has successfully defended clients at hearings, depositions, mediation and trial.
