Jonathan S. Rice

Jonathans practice is primarily focused on real estate, estate planning, and general business law. He represents individuals, families, and businesses, helping them resolve legal issues with clarity and efficiency. He attended Baylor University for his undergraduate degree and earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston. He began his legal career in Houston, focusing on construction and real estate litigation, before transitioning to an in-house role at an international business and tax consulting firm. Jonathan enjoys serving clients in the greater Waco area and throughout Texas. Known for his down-to-earth communication and prompt responsiveness, he strives to guide clients through legal challenges without unnecessary complication or delay. Outside of the office, Jonathan loves spending time with his wife, Mary, and two children, Emerson and Crawford; attending Baylor sporting events; and reading when he finds time.
